Is Political Power Devilish?

Political power is no match for divine power.
Political power is no match for divine power.
Our responsibility is obedience. We must leave the outcome to God.
Gideon said no king but YHVH. Our modern equivalent is no king but Christ.
For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
I couldn’t belong to, or vote for, a party that actively booed the words of Jesus Christ, regardless of who was quoting them.
I may not conquer the world with kindness, but I will conquer a small piece.
I want to deal with political unity. I’m not talking about as a voting block, but as a Gospel block.
However, in this incident I didn’t see heroes, villains, and victims. I didn’t see it from any of the usual agenda-driven story-lines. I chose, intentionally, to ignore them and instead focus on Christ.
Jesus knew His kingdom was not going to come to pass through the use of political power. His kingdom is based solely on divine power that comes through worshiping and serving God alone.
